Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Here is my all time favorite kids recipe! My kids will eat anything if I baked it in mini muffin tins. I took grandma’s recipe and cut the sugar and oil in half and came up with these little gems.

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
¾ c oil
¼ c water
1 TBS vanilla
3 ripe bananas (any size)1 1/3 c sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp nutmeg
¼ tsp cloves
3 ½ c flour1 c chocolate chips
½ c nuts, optionalMix all wet ingredients first.  Add all of the dry ingredients and stir until well mixed. Add the chocolate chips and nuts last and mix in with a spoon.
Bake at 350 degrees.
15-20 minutes for mini-muffins
20-25 minutes regular size muffins
45 minutes bread loaf pans
